I didn’t get to pick a seat when I purchased my ticket, does that mean general seating?

Yes, seating at all venues is general seating on a first come first serve basis, except for performances at Macky Auditorium.

What time do doors open for seating?

Doors typically open a half hour before the performance.

How long are performances?

Performances typically last about 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission.

What should I wear to a performance?

We care most about comfort and accessibility. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Typically yes, you can purchase tickets at the door, but we recommend purchasing ahead of time to ensure we are not sold out!
